Spassky Timber Processing Complex-Group (SLPK-Group LLC) was established in March 2017. Currently, it is a medium-sized enterprise with 225 employees, 85% of whom are residents of Primorsky Krai (Spassk-Dalny and Spassky District), with an average age of 35. Annually, students from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University’s Mytishchi branch undergo internships here. Since 2019, SLPK-Group has been listed as a socially significant enterprise in Spassk-Dalny.

The production site’s location in Spassk-Dalny is strategically advantageous, situated 500 meters from the Vladivostok-Khabarovsk federal highway and 220 km from Vladivostok, minimizing transport costs to the port.

SLPK-Group LLC is steadily progressing toward its main goal—creating a world-class wood-processing facility using high-end equipment and cost-effective, high-quality Russian raw materials. Over the years, the company has established drying facilities with 10 chambers, launched Slovak StrojCad D9 Duplex sawing lines, a Turkish USTUNKARLI sawing workshop, sharpening equipment, and obtained thermal phytosanitary treatment licenses.

Additionally, it has introduced a pellet workshop with a German Amandus Kahl granulation line, another StrojCad D9 Duplex line, a modern boiler room with Kovrovskie boilers, thermal treatment certification, and a self-propelled Amkodor wood chipper (Belarus). The debarking section was expanded, transport capacity increased with 20 covered railcars, and the pellet workshop upgraded with domestic "Mekhanika-Trans" hammer mills, screens, and dispensers.

In 2023, the company opened a furniture panel workshop, creating 50 new jobs, with plans for a veneer production workshop underway. Total investments exceed 2.1 billion rubles, reflecting the company’s commitment to Spassk-Dalny’s development.

In 2019, SLPK-Group received FSC certification for responsible forest management, continuing these principles despite its 2023 annulment.

Current products include sawn lumber (planed/unplaned, moisture-adjusted), custom-sized furniture panels (oak, ash, elm), and A1-grade softwood pellets (650 kg big bags, min. 26-ton shipments). Half of the output is exported to China and South Korea, with the rest sold domestically, including thermally treated lumber and cat litter pellets.
